High quality, spacious, air conditioned beach front 2nd floor apartment in a small 8 unit complex, with amazing views of the Mexican Gulf and exclusive beach access. Three bedrooms to sleep 6 (two large doubles, one twin plus a further sofa bed) two bathrooms, one en-suite in master with vanity area and walk in closet. Fully appointed kitchen; our unit was completely renovated in autumn 2017. Private screened outdoor balcony. Pool and tennis court.

Rates
The apartment is available for minimum two-week rentals.
Low season* rate is $1,800 per week ($43pppn based on 6 guests)
Mid or Shoulder Season is $3,200 per week ($76pppn based on 6 guests)
High season* rate is $4,200 per week ($100 pppn based on 6 guests)
Local taxes and a small compulsory insurance are also payable which is why we have to price in dollars; the full cost will be provided when availability is confirmed and before your commit to booking
* High Season is Christmas and February to early April
Mid/Shoulder season is January and mid April
Low Season is the remaining 8 months of the year - mid April to the week before Christmas.
